Dr. Yulema Cruz

Dr. Yulema Cruz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral with over 23 years of experience in the field specializing in skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming, as well as the supervision of behavior technicians and trainees. Dr. Cruz received a Ph.D. in Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Nova Southeastern University. Her academic interests include ethics and supervision in ABA. Dr. Cruz served as the president of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis from 2019-2021, as well as an assistant teaching professor at Rutgers University and the practicum coordinator for the Department of Applied Psychology from 2021-2024. Presently, she is an adjunct faculty at Ouachita Baptist University and the founder of Monty Behavior Consultants, LLC., a private organization that specializes in providing individualized, competency-based ABA supervision, as well as parent/staff coaching, ethics advisory retainer and mediation, and BCBA continuity coverage services. As an ABA consultant and supervisor, Dr. Cruz works in the development of supervision systems, and the dissemination of ABA to other countries and languages. In fact, Dr. Cruz taught courses in Spanish as an adjunct for UNIBE, in the Dominican Republic. Dr. Cruz co-authored The ABA Supervision Handbook: A Guide to Quality Fieldwork Experience, first and second editions, as well as The Consulting Supervisor Handbook: Helping Newly Certified BCBAs Navigate Supervision. As part of the international www.ABAEthicshotline.com, Dr. Cruz provides ethical advice in the area of supervision. She is also a public speaker who has presented at over 40 venues worldwide including South America and Europe.

Veronica Dunning

Veronica Dunning a certified UK Behaviour Analyst (UKBA Cert.) and the CEO of Blossom ABA Limited. She is bilingual and speaks both the English and Portuguese languages. Veronica’s background is in teaching English as a Foreign language to children, teenagers, and adults. Veronica initially started her career in the education sector in the UK in 2004, and she has experience working as a clinical director, managing, training and supervising staff with various degrees of experience. Alongside providing behavioural services to a range of people of different ages, backgrounds, abilities and needs, Veronica also supports neurodiverse staff and clients in her leadership role. She has experience using the science of human behaviour and learning to set both personal and professional goals, to support others in working towards their values and to offer practical tools for self-management. When providing support, Veronica considers people’s cultural background, beliefs, and personal preferences, which enables her to offer bespoke and person-centred strategies in a collaborative way. Alongside her personal and professional experience, Veronica implements Organisational Behaviour Management (OBM) specific tools in her practice. She is a mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) practitioner, and she has a diploma in Trauma informed services. Veronica is also a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and a PhD candidate at Queens University, Belfast, where she is currently planning to conduct research on staff supervision.
